How long does a standard order take?
Most shop items are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days depending on complexity. You'll receive a more specific estimate in your order confirmation.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files for ready-to-print models. We also accept reference images (JPG, PNG), sketches (PDF), and written descriptions. Our team can build the 3D model for you as part of the custom process.
Can I choose the color of my piece?
Yes! All items, shop and custom, can be printed in a wide range of filament colors. Shop items default to the colors shown but you can leave a color preference note at checkout or in your custom request form.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for shop items in original condition. Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has started, but if there's a defect or error on our end, we'll reprint or refund.
Are your materials food-safe or waterproof?
Standard PLA is not recommended for direct food contact or submersion in water. If you need a food-safe or waterproof piece, we recommend PETG with a food-safe sealer, or let us know in your custom request and we'll advise accordingly.
